Curtis leads Wolverines to Big Ten Win
Senior Sarah Curtis placed first on bars (9.875) and in the all-around (39.200) to lead the Wolverines to a decisive win against the University of Minnesota on Saturday evening (195.050 to 189.475). Highlights included those from freshman Natalie Beilstein, who earned her fourth vault title (9.900) and placed second on the floor exercise (9.800). Senior Kelsey Knutson earned her third beam title this year (9.875). Junior Kylee Botterman earned top three finishes on vault (2nd-9.875) and bars (3rd-9.800) and won floor (9.875) to post a 39.050 in the all-around.
The Wolverines will host the #4 University of Utah Utes on February 19th at 7:30pm. MGoBlue.com will provide free live video and UMGym.com will offer live commentary of the meet. But we’ll love to see everyone come out and cheer on the team.
