Curtis Leads Blue to a Narrow Win
Senior Sarah Curtis placed first on bars (9.825), beam (9.875) and in the all-around (39.275) to lead the UM Women’s Gymnastics team to a 194.2 to 193.75 win over Michigan State on Wednesday night. Freshman Natalie Beilstein continued her strong collegiate career by earning event titles on vault (9.875) and floor (9.825, tied with junior Kylee Botterman).
The Wolverines travel to Nebraska this weekend to take on the Cornhuskers. The meet is scheduled for 2pm CT. Live stats and video are scheduled to be offered by Nebraska at http://www.huskers.com .
